Verify Eligibility
Ensure the Enervit E.SPORT Gel boxes are unopened, the safety seals are intact, and the products are at least 3 months from their expiration date.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original shipping box or a sturdy equivalent to prevent damage to the gel sachets during transit.
Ship and Refund
